Product Introduction

The YHR Series High-Low Temperature Integrated Machine is a circulating device that can provide heat or cold sources. It adopts a fully closed pipeline design, efficient plate heat exchanger, which reduces the demand for heat transfer oil while improving the heat utilization rate of the system, achieving rapid temperature rise and fall.

The YHR Series High-Low Temperature Integrated Machine can be used for dynamic constant temperature control of cold and hot sources in high-pressure reactors, dynamic constant temperature control of cold and hot sources in double-layer glass reactors, dynamic constant temperature control of cold and hot sources in double-layer reactors, constant temperature control of cold and hot sources in microchannel reactors, small constant temperature control systems, temperature control in distillation series, low and high-temperature aging tests of materials, combined chemical cold and hot source constant temperature control, and cooling and heating of semiconductor equipment.

Main Features 

1.Continuous temperature control ranging from -100℃ to 300℃ can be provided according to process requirements, with temperature control accuracy up to ±0.5℃;

2.Direct cooling by compressor for rapid temperature rise and fall;

3.Equipped with various protection functions such as high and low voltage protection, overload protection, overcurrent protection, and grounding protection;

4.The refrigeration system components including the compressor, oil separator, solenoid valve, and expansion valve are all imported brands, and the evaporator is a fully welded plate heat exchanger;

5.Real-time monitoring of liquid level to avoid the lack of heat transfer fluid;

6.The circulation system is sealed and non-volatile;

7.Support for customized PLC control systems;

8.The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel with electrostatic spraying, providing excellent corrosion resistance;

9.For Class IIB explosive environments, the equipment can be customized with explosion-proof products of EXd IIB T4/ Exd IIC T4 grade.
