Overview

BIO series micro bioreactor is a set of all-glass laboratory fermentation equipment, with off-site sterilization, oval glass tank bottom, water bath jacket, mechanical stirring, easy operation and multiple functions, which can meet various purposes of fermentation , such as batch type, batch type feeding, and single-arm tanks are heated blankets for temperature control. There are different volumes, such as 2L, 3L, 5L, 7L, and 10L. is a type of cost-effective bioreactor,the temperature control and its precision can reach 0.05 ℃, and the color touch screen is used to display all the measured values and control parameters, which greatly facilitates the user's operation. 4 peristaltic pumps are installed on the front of the control box, which can replenish acid, alkali, defoamer and culture medium to the fermenter. Various parameters during fermentation such as pH, DO, temperature and rotational speed can be monitored through the controller, and all data and control parameters can be transmitted to the controller or computer. The structure is compact, and various components can be integrated on the fermentation system, and the structural design and configuration are completely consistent with European mainstream fermentation tanks.
