Overview
Roots pump is a vacuum pump without internal compression, which is a vacuum pump that relies on a pair of "8" -shaped rotor in the pump cavity to move the gas by synchronous and reverse rotation.Usually, the pumping rate is large and the configuration motor power is small, so the pre-pumping of the pre-stage pump is required. After the pre-stage pump is pumped to the specified vacuum degree, the roots vacuum pump is started to improve the pumping speed and vacuum degree. Its structure and working principle are similar to the Roots blower, and the suction port is connected with the main pump of the vacuum container or vacuum system when it works. There is no contact between the rotor and the rotor, and between the rotor and the pump housing.
