Diaphragm Pump
-
Clean and oil-free,
-
Safe and durable,
-
Easy to move

Overview
The working principle of a diaphragm pump can be briefly summarized as a cyclic process of "suction-discharge-suction-discharge." During operation, the reciprocating motion of the piston in the piston cylinder creates pressure changes in the diaphragm chamber, thereby achieving the functions of suction and discharge of materials. The working principle of the diaphragm pump allows it to pump special liquids containing particles, high viscosity, corrosiveness, and volatility. As the liquid and the driving gas (or liquid) in the diaphragm pump are separated by a diaphragm, there is no need for additional sealing devices, avoiding the possibility of leakage and contamination.
Features
-
No working medium (oil-free) is required, and no pollution is generated. The built-in filtration material in the gas exchange chamber ensures clean air.
-
Easy to move and operates smoothly, ensuring an ideal vacuum level and high airflow rate.
-
The specially designed motor features a temperature protector that automatically cuts off power when the pump body reaches 130°C, protecting the motor from damage during long-term operation.
-
The diaphragm operates without friction, generating no heat or friction wear.
-
The diaphragm is made from imported rubber, providing a long service life.
-
An automatic cooling and ventilation system is designed inside the machine, allowing for continuous operation for 24 hours.
-
The bearings are imported, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, and high efficiency.
-
Compact size, lightweight, saves laboratory space, and is easy to maintain and service.
