Overview

The intelligent digital magnetic stirring heating sleeve is mainly used for heating laboratory liquids in universities, chemical engineering, medicine, environmental protection, testing, food, materials, petroleum and other fields. The electrical functional modules are unified and integrated, and the operation panel is controlled by touch sensitive buttons. The three screen LED digital display (current temperature, preset temperature, speed), temperature PID control, with self-tuning function, temperature sensing adopts PT100 sensor, temperature accuracy, speed adopts photoelectric sensor, and the inner liner adopts high-temperature glass fiber insulation material. The electric heating wire is sealed in the insulation layer and hand woven into a hemispherical heating sleeve, which has the advantages of energy saving, uniform heating, and precise temperature control.

Features

  • Utilizes electric heating mantle, characterized by a large heating area, uniform heat distribution, and fast heating, with a maximum temperature of 380℃.

  • Temperature control employs a fuzzy PID control algorithm, with dual digital display and self-tuning functions. It features high measurement accuracy, minimal temperature overshoot, easy single-button touch operation, internal and external thermocouple temperature measurement, silicon-controlled output, wide voltage power supply of 160-240V, and thermocouple break protection.

  • Capable of heating and stirring standard or non-standard reaction flasks from 50ml to 20000ml.

  • Equipped with a DC brushless motor, offering stable performance, low noise, long lifespan, and no spark generation.

  • Digital display of rotation speed.

  • Built-in over-temperature protection function.

  • The 30° inclined control panel is suitable for both seated and standing viewing angles.

  • Smooth operation at low speeds and powerful performance at high speeds.​
