Product Introduction
Principle
Extraction system is the most reliable and efficient solution for botanical oil extraction, which shortens the extraction time, simplifies the operation process, and improves the oil yield and ethanol utilization. Simplicity, high efficiency and energy saving fully reflect our intensions for the design of plant extraction equipment, and also improve the whole plant extraction technology to a new stage.
Process
The plant extraction centrifuge provides 3 programs: spray washing, stirring washing and spin drying cycle. Each program cycle can run automatically or manually. The operator puts the crushed plant material into the filter bag, and put it in the centrifuge, selects the corresponding speed in the system, at the same time injects alcohol at a controlled speed, and stirs in both directions to completely extract the active ingredients of the plant. After washing, the plant material undergoes high-speed rotation to remove the solvent. The extraction rate of plant extracts is as high as 97%, and the solvent loss rate is less than 3%.
Start with frequency converter, stable start, separation factor can be adjusted based on working process;
The structural design is reasonable, which effectively eliminates the sanitary dead corner, the structural parts are smoothly filtered, the surface is polished, and the external structural parts, fasteners and drum are all made of stainless steel. The shell is a flip type, which can thoroughly clean the space between the centrifuge shell and the drum;
