Thin Film Rectifying Column
Product Introduction
The thin film rectifying column is a device coupled with a thin film evaporator and a rectification tower. During the rectification process, the thin film rectification tower can solve the heat-sensitive material caused by the high temperature of the tower bottom and the long residence time in the reboil problem of decomposition. It prevents the material from decomposing, polymerizing, oxidizing and other deterioration reactions when it is heated, and effectively protects the characteristics of the product material. At the same time, compared with the traditional thin film evaporator, the thin film rectification tower has the function of rectification, which can better improve the quality of the product purity, reducing more purification process steps.
Main Features
Low distillation temperature and high vacuum
In a high-vacuum environment, avoid heat-sensitive materials from decomposing, polymerizing and other deterioration reactions, and reduce the distillation temperature of high-boiling materials. The material residence time is short and the heat transfer efficiency is high.
