Product Introduction

TCU temperature control system is a complete set of high and low temperature district heating or cooling control system equipment integrated with high efficiency heat exchangers, circulating pumps, thermometers, pressure gauges, various sensors, pipelines, valves and automatic control.Adhering to the design concept of standardized modules, combined with leading technology and rich practical experience, Yuanhuai integrates a large number of users' on-site centrifugal pump, valve selection and pipe flange welding work as well as electrical control site installation and commissioning work together, and makes overall plans for users to custom-make more suitable sets of high and low temperature heat exchange units with excellent performance. Including industrial control, the whole unit leaves the factory, before leaving the factory test stand test operation qualified. Users only need to install four to five pipelines and a power line to the electric control box of the unit to debug and run the unit.

Main Features 

· Users can achieve a sealed and repeatable temperature control within a wide temperature range, enabling temperature control from -20°C to 300°C (optional). 
· Eliminates the need for the replacement of traditional equipment facilities and jacket maintenance; the small fluid volume ensures a quick response of the control circuit with minimal thermal reaction delay.
· The built-in electric heating heat-conductive oil auxiliary system can automatically activate the auxiliary heating system as needed, reducing steam usage pressure. It can accurately match various heat demands through rapid operation to achieve energy-saving purposes. 
· Controls the entire reaction process temperature through fast calculations, providing rapid response control for exothermic and endothermic reactions during the entire reaction process.
· Standardized interfaces are reserved for adding hot and cold source heat exchange modules based on actual needs.
· Options include controlling the reaction process temperature and the temperature of a single fluid. The temperature difference between the reaction process temperature and the heat-conductive single-fluid temperature is adjustable and controllable. 
· Multiple coiled heat exchangers are built-in, made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance, high-pressure resistance, and high heat transfer efficiency. 
· Adopts a fully enclosed pipeline design for formula management and production process recording. 
· Uses the system feedback temperature as the signal source; the controller calculates and provides actuation instructions to the electrically adjustable valve, controlling the flow of low-temperature liquid into the jacket of the reaction vessel to achieve efficient control. 
· Each temperature control module employs a separate PLC system for temperature control of the reaction vessel. The temperature control modules are installed in explosion-proof areas (electrical, instrumentation, etc., meeting explosion-proof requirements Ex dI IBT 4/Ex dI ICT 4). 
· The controller uses a feedforward adaptive programmable controller, providing precise control of the material temperature in the reaction vessel. The system does not overshoot or oscillate during the control process, with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5°C.
