Product Introduction

low-temperature cooling circulation pump adopts a closed pipeline design and efficient plate heat exchanger to reduce the demand for heat transfer fluid while improving the heat utilization rate of the system, achieving rapid cooling. The heat transfer medium is in a closed system with an expansion tank. The heat transfer medium in the expansion tank does not participate in the circulation, effectively reducing the risk of the heat transfer medium absorbing moisture and volatilizing during operation.

Application Fields

It is suitable for chemical, biological, and physical experimental testing that requires maintaining low-temperature conditions. It can be used in pharmaceutical hygiene, food hygiene, chemical industry, colleges, or research laboratories. Materials fields: electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-fluorescence, magnetron sputtering, vacuum coating machine, laser; Chemical and biological fields: atomic absorption, ICP, ICP-MS, nuclear magnetic resonance, bioreactors, chemical reactors (synthesizers), etc.

Product Advantages

1. Equipped with various protection functions such as high and low voltage protection, overload protection, overcurrent protection, and grounding protection.

2. Adopting environmentally friendly refrigerants with zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential), complying with international environmental refrigeration standards.

3. The refrigeration system components including the compressor, oil separator, solenoid valve, and expansion valve are all imported brands.

4. The evaporator is a fully welded plate heat exchanger.

5. Equipped with a dedicated low-temperature circulation pump that is leak-proof and has no blockage under low-temperature conditions.

6. The circulation system is sealed and does not emit volatile substances.

7. For Class IIB explosive environments, the equipment can use explosion-proof products of EXdII BT4/EXdII CT4 grade.

8. The outer shell is coated with cold-rolled steel by electrostatic spraying, providing excellent corrosion resistance.

9. The equipment is equipped with a pressure gauge, which can display the real-time pressure of the refrigerant.

10. The cooling type can be selected as air-cooled or water-cooled, and customized PLC control systems are also available.
